Trump has 'warm rapport' with Phillipines' Duterte: official

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump has developed a friendly relationship with Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte from the two leaders' telephone conversations and exchanges of letters, a senior administration official said on Tuesday.
